Peter had a Heart attack 6 years ago got 4 stints.

After his second major attack four years ago, Pete had a Quad Bypass because he had not changed his eating habits and his high closlestor diet was killing him.

During his annaul check up earlier this year his Doctor runs the basic tests.

Then Says, “There is a second “Quad Bypass.” in your Future.”

Your heart is enlarge because you have a small dead spot at the bottom left side of your Heart. It is called re-purfusion injury to the heart muscle, something has to change you need to lose some weight.  This was four months ago.  That Sunday Pete finally asked that important question, “Could what you where doing to protect your heart and enjoy an amazing recovery help me avoid repeating this dangerous surgery?

A chior of angels starts to sing, finally a willing test subject.

Fact is his only other choice was a second open heart surgery.

That was almost three months ago, today my friend Pete is down 6 kg and has taken, Four Inches off his Waist.

He has energy like he is years younger. Not only has he had to get new holes added to his belt but these where on the inside not the outside like last time for visited the cobbler.

I am so happy for Pete. He is a great guy, single, middle age, retired forces. Everyone that wants to improve their health needs a correct basic foods and be willing to follow a eating plan. If you want my results you need to do exactily what I had done. Pete has had really measurable results, instead of being booked for surgery. He is taking on extra shifts at work and happily making more money to help better enjoy semi-retirement.
