I guess I always knew deep down, I was Different from Most People I grew up with.
It was only after the Widow Maker Heart Attack that I found out how Different.
3 weeks after my Heart Attack, I tried to start a “Local Walk for Heart Club”
I had a Small Kiosk in a local mall.
So I got permission from the Mall to Host the Walk in Doors if the weather was bad.
I Put Ads in the Local Paper,
Put a Sign up at the Booth in the Mall.
Showed up weekly for three month Saturday at Noon.
The Only People that ever showed up was my Dad Peter and a friend Pete that had already had a Quad Bypass.
Funny story, both now take the product and one is: Totally Pill Free at 73
Since the Day After the Heart Attack I Have Walked 3K at least 8 Times every week, I also Lift Weights twice a week.
Here is a great post about the best time to Exersise:

Yes exercise is very important to your health and to stay healthy. Thanks for the reminder Michael.
Michael, keep up the good work. Exercise is good many different reasons. It helps everything in your body.
Very powerful message, Michael. Not that it’s a secret, but it is vitally important to raise people’s awareness of exercising. At the end it’s the “use it or lose it” principle that stays at the base of almost everything in life – including health! Thanks a lot for sharing this valuable content. Many Blessings.
