Everything I did to Improve my health was by eating  better Quality and less Quantity

This same wise friend shared his mother advice with me:

btw – my mother lives the philosophy.

“always ask your doctor if the medication he prescribes is to mask or to cure”.

I agree completely with her sound Advice.

So I am Sharing it with all of you.
