I'm all about heart attack prevention and how to help people by sharing what I learned from my own experiences. 
I remember the first time I did a small video … it was hard! I didn’t realise how much I hated what I looked and sounded like, and here was me thinking I was all about self-love and peace, man. Anyway, loved finding out a little more about you…one thing, is that a life-size picture of you lurking in the background?! Made me jump, thought you were about to be attacked. Cheers, Andrea
